Arilbred irises 2014

Opened yesterday: historic arilbred median 'Zwanenburg' (Denis, 1912), and 'Turkish Topaz' (Austin, 1962), registered as a regelia hybrid but more likely an arilbred.

Some arilbred medians in bloom today: 'Childsong', 'Anacrusis', and "Iridescent Orange'

I'm confused  ( - nothing new there then)  may I ask what the difference is between Arilbred and  Aril hybrids (regeliocyclus and oncogelia)  ?

Maggi,  Arilbreds were developed from crossing oncos and regelias with regular bearded iris.
They are from 1/4 to 3/4 aril blood.  RC's, and OG's are pure aril blood.
