Fascinating to see these Dima; so many beautiful plants.
Thank you for bringing us along again on your travels.  Now I need to check a map ;) ;D

Spectacular country with spectacular plants. Thank you for taking us there, Dima. A wood full of scillas, and so many variations!

A wonderful trip, as you had said, Dima.  A really nice mix of plants and the variations in Scilla siberica are amazing.  Many thanks for sharing your trips with us again.

Dima

Many thanks for again sharing your travels.

The picture that captured my imagination was the forest floor covered in Corydalis.

I do hope that everyone who sees these pictures is truly appreciative, as the previous posters have expressed, of the privilege we have here to be shown the glories of these natural places. It has been said before but bears saying again - most of us will never experience such a trip to see this fantastic variation of plants in situ and we must be so grateful for Dima for sharing with us so that we can realise the diversity that exists in such areas.

Thank you, Dima  :-*

Ditto - the corydalis and scilla, nature at its most inspired. Somehow the garden comes much more to life when you can see pictures taken in the wild like this - many thanks Dima.

Thank you for these pictures, it is so good to see plants where they naturally grow and also the landscapes. :)

Thanks for your warm comments! I was there to explore the Alpinus clade species distribution pattern in N. Caucasus, and especially to delimitate G. angustifolius and G. caucasicus (now G. alpinus) in those area. We've visited 5 loci in Stavropol and Kabardino-Balkaria territories.
