What a difference a day makes
« on: February 13, 2013, 04:44:10 PM »
I've been admiring my winter aconites for several weeks now,but just had to share this mornings image.
It looks like hundreds of fried eggs  under the beech hedge.

The Rh. hookeri nearby looked less happy, but hopefully the 12 trusses will shrug of this white wet stuff and open before too long.

Before I enlarged the picture, I thought it was a clump of daisies!
Super shot  of your garden "eggs", Glynn.
I do  hope your Rh. hookeri trusses survive.
