I'm always trying to find new seeds from the genus Anaphalis, I think I have a soft spot for them :). Last year I found A. nepalensis from Holubec's seed list, have to wait till next summer to see it flower.

I wonder, based on the leaf shape, the nodding buds and compactness of the plant, if it is not actually an Antennaria?

From googling, here are photos of Anaphalis alpicola:

just saw this new topic and am thinking of Antennaria as well. After googling pictures of Anaphalis alpicola I saw that several (German) nurseries seem to deliver Antennaria for this plant  .. :o :o

Thank you Lori and Luit,
I digged up my notes of the seed origin and the seeds came from a german seed company, Jelitto. I have (up this moment..) always considered this seed company a reliable one  :(. There seems to be a wide variety of pictures under the name of Anaphalis alpicola and the ones I googled after sowing the seeds matched the image in the seed companys page. I'll have to change the subject's title somehow. Thanks for your kind advice :).
