I love those prints, Ian - the first two are my favourites, stunning.

Thank you Anne, I appreciate the kind words from a fellow artist.

The first print was the first I made during the week and in it I tried to break the mould of my previous work following Ron Pokrasso,the Tutor's  encouragement to get out of our comfort zone.

The second one you like was done towards the end of the week when having added many new skills I was returning to my comfort zone with an expanded armoury of technique.

The graphic ones were exploring some of the methods we were learning. The one on the right includes a sketch I did of Ron Pokrasso (on white paper)  which I did during one of his demonstrations.

The final three were pure explorations of other techniques the first one was inspired by Matisse who often used to draw figures with a single line without lifting his pencil from the paper. This method then left the negative plate which I worked in the manner of another of my great artistic inspirations Picasso and also the third worked up from the ghost image left after number 2.

The dactylorhiza are really good (more pics in the previous log).
