This plant doesnt set seeds very often but I collected a few today. The plant is suitable for a large rockery in full sun but doesnt grow very big. I'll go and measture mine now 55x60cmx20cm high 21x24x 8inches high

We saw a really dark geranium when out with Lily the other day. I pinched a flower to photograph for you here... put it in water when we got back and then totally forgot about it until I saw it yesterday all shrivelled up! Now I'm off to your website to see if I can find it. It was average "border" geranium size with VERY dark rich purple flowers, the kind of purple that has a lot of dark red in it..... any guesses?
It had the colour of the pelargonium  G. sidoides but the shape of G. 'Ivan'

Mark,

Nice colour on the 'Nora Bremner', sort of like a spiderier form of 'Rozanne'?  At least in flower appearance anyway.  Nice pic!!

Isn't 'Thurstonianum' a pain to photograph?  I don't know whether it is the shape or colour, but I have found it hard to photograph myself.

Mark, is the pic of `Nora Bremner showing two flowers or if she a "hose-in-hose" type?

Two flowers. Is she in NZ yet? Mine is just about to finish flowering. It started in early June

Paul I think it's the shape of the flower.

What's the verdict Maggi?

AAH, is Nora Bremner the same as I saw with Lily?
Noooooo... that one was MUCH darker, and with more red in the coloour than blue. A really dark plummy amethyst purple. I haven't seen anything like it in your web pix or in other searching... now, of course, i can't remember where the ruddy thing was, to go pick another flower! lily gets LOTS of walks!
the flower was Nora Bremner like in shape, though.
