Hi Folks, got a note today from Kevock and thought I'd share it with you.....

Summer Flowering Bulbs

I expect many of you are seeing the bulbs you bought from us in the autumn starting to poke through the ground. As a new venture we are offering a chance to buy summer flowering bulbs, which can be planted in the spring. Visit the website, www.kevockgarden.co.uk and see the links to the list and to the order form in the News section on the right of the front page. Some are rare, all are interesting. Enjoy browsing! Please let us have the order by February 28th.

Your normal mail orders are coming in thick and fast, so people are obviously starting to think creatively about their gardens. We are always happy to help and can often work from photographs to advise on plant lists. If you have a large project we can grow to order for you.

The garden at Kevock, Lasswade, Midlothian, is open on Sunday March 6th from 12.00 to 3.00 pm under Scotland’s Garden Scheme as part of the Snowdrop Festival. Already early bulbs and shrubs are in flower and there will be lots to see..and smell. The first Daphnes are out. (For location go to Find us on www.kevockgarden.co.uk.   EH18 1HT)

Winter has been so grim that we are putting in a wee gift of snowdrops with every mail order in February, a symbol of hope for better times to come.

Best wishes
Stella and David Rankin and all the team at Kevock
