I have harvested seeds from my Pulsatilla georgica. I'm willing to share some seeds. I dont have many but I'm willing to share/swap. I have 4 envelopes ready to go with seeds inside. Are you interested? Just answer yes here. Posters only

Hi Mark,
what does your Pulsatilla georgica look like?
cheers

quite small flowered and yellow. Seeds will be sown in the morning when I get up
-
Have you any left??
-
sorry they are sown except for one packet and that depends on what Fermi says.
How wrong could I be with the colour!
-
Never mind. That's the best yellow I've seen for some time though ::)
-
Mark,
of course, I'd love some seed, but I'd better check if that species is on the AQIS list first!
I'll e-mail you privately.
cheers

you better hurry!

"I'd better check if that species is on the AQIS list"
It isn't! Anyone know of any synonymy?
-
I just found out: Pulsatilla halleri.

Are you sure about that, Fermi?
Marks P. georgica looks exactly the same as ours but P. halleri has a much richer purple colouring. All the authorities and plant lists seem to have them as separate items.
-
but it was listed once as P. halleri so it has been in the country under that name.
It all seems a bit arbitary at times!

Fermi they will be in the post tomorrow
-
Fermi did your seeds arrive?
-
Hi Mark,
Many thanks, I picked them up this morning from the post box; they must've arrived yesterday, but I didn't check it last night.
I take it that the pics you posted above are taken of the parent plant?
I'll look forward to getting it growing here.
cheers
