With two books at hand, I can't identify this one. Sedum? Saxifraga? Sempervivum? Can anyone tell me?

It is a Saxifraga from the Section GYMNOPERA. Your plant is probably a hybrid.

Thanks Franz, that explains why I couldn't identify it. I put it coarse sand and keep it moist/wet. Cheers, HAns

To me it looks like S. paniculata from section Ligulatae rather than a Gymnopera type.
