NHBS have today informed me they still don’t have it in stock and having contacted the publishers it is now out of stock. Disappointing as this is usually an excellent natural history supplier.
I do all I can NOT to buy through Amazon, so have now ordered it from https://uk.bookshop.org/ (https://uk.bookshop.org/) with delivery in a couple of days!

NHBS sells through Amazon, as do very many bookshops.

Amazon also undercuts independent bookshops, many of them small, family-run businesses, which is why I prefer to support them directly.
