Title: Ian Butterfield 2021
Post by: Maren on October 01, 2021, 10:02:29 AM
Hi, people ask about Ian. Early this year, he had a wonderful display of pleiones in his greenhouse. Then he caught Covid-19 and suffered a mini stroke. He is well on the way to recovery but at the age of 85, that is an uphill battle. So he decided not to send out a catalogue for 2022 or look for orders.

But he is not cutting himself off, if anyone needs help or has questions, he is happy to respond. If you want his new phone number, please send me an email. Maren

Thanks Maggie. I shall pass on your good wishes. Ian sounds very frail on the phone, we'll just have to be patient and respect his way to recovery.
I'm fine, keeping out of harm's way, spending a lot of time on my allotments, great space for fresh air and exercise. - I hope you are keeping well too.

This year has been a good one for relaxing in the warm weather on the swingseat with a coffee, Maren, watching the plants grow! !
