Title: UK Stockist of Phylliopsis hillieri' 'Sugar Plum' ?

I'm afraid this RHS data is not always reliable and is not necessarily updated when a plant is no longer stocked. Cross Common Nursery don't list it on their website and Wolverton Plants don't have a website and don't do mail order. They do have a Facebook page, however.

Sounds like good advice - Aberconwy don't deliver of course. so our questioner will need to visit.
