Newbie here. Spring is VERY late in Newfoundland compared to Europe. There is still snow in my garden but the first alpine bloomed in my trough yesterday. Hit 16 C yesterday...snowing today! But this sax is a trooper!

A very warm welcome to the Forum, Todd. You may be newly arrived here, but your reputation in our plant world precedes you! 8)
I will move this topic to the Saxifraga section, to keep the saxxy subjects together.

Thanks Maggi....I realized after I posted that there was a Saxifrage section. I have a modest collection, so may set up residence in that forum! Thanks for the welcome!

Todd, you set up home wherever you like here.... just share your interests and plants with us and we'll be delighted ;)

Oh boy is this forum in for a treat !!!!
Todd will give Cliff a run for his money with his superb photos. Arguably (although I won't be arguing), two of the best plant photographers around.
Welcome Todd......looking forward to seeing more of your contributions
