Issue 104 includes:

There are a fair number of American members of the Society, so why not join us, Tom? The Cuttings exchange is a fantastic way to increase you stock of plants.

It seemed to grow mostly in wet spring flushes, but very seasonal water maybe. I bought a plant 2 years back but it did not survive in my boggy patch alongside the pond.
Anyone else grow it here in the UK? I would like to try it again sometime.

When I saw it, it was growing at Summit Lake on Mt Evans,very lovely robust plants in the roadside grit,so very well drained.

I have not tried to send Cuttings to America for a long time, so I am not able to help. If you Email Ray Stephenson at the Sedum Society (from the Web page) I am sure he will be able to give definite advice.

Rosularia chrysantha alias Prometheum chrysanthum. Rosularia pallida is generally considered to be conspecific
with the considerably different yellow-flowered Rosularia aizoon. The basic difference should be
central flower-stem in Rosularia chrysantha, peripheral flower-stems in Rosularia pallida alias
Rosularia aizoon. The right flower belongs to the standard cultivated plant having central flower-stems.
Recently, seeds of a plant which has central flower-stem, peripheral flower-stems or either of them
in one rosette were imported. Its flowers left are identical, solely purple stripes are distinct.
The group needs thorough reconsideration.

The flower-buds of Sedum dasyphyllum left are globose, whereas
the flower-buds right of the garden plant denoted so are conical,
as the flower-buds of Sedum album.

Just completed the index of Sedum Society Newsletters 1-120. Knackered!
The index will be published on the Sedum website. Allied with the photographs (see above) this should prove to be useful resource for all sedum (and hylotelephium, rhodiola, phedimus, petrosedum) -holics.
The 111-120 section will be issued with a forthcoming newsletter.

Issue 145 just published:

- Bondegarten, Sweden (possibly the largest collection ever of Sedum; includes a list of all Sedum senso lato grown there)
- range expansion of Chlamydatus evanescens the 'Stonecrop bug'

and the comprehensive seed distribution (seeds free to members of the Sedum Society) and details of the extensive cuttings exchange.
Society membership still only £12 UK, £20 Europe, $30 US or rest of the world for four fully illustrated colour magazines, seed distribution, cuttings exchange (UK only, Europe only or US only) and access to society resources.

As the editor, Ray Stephenson, says of the 150th issue "..it seems so improbable that an amateur journal restricted to a single family of plants could possibly sill be finding new material to publish - but here we are!"
At four issues per year that makes......years!!
