Sad news of the death of Karel Lang in the Czech Republic

"One of the best hybridizers of the noblest Saxifrages Karel Lang,  Czech from the Czech Karst died in pain today. It is a black April day with illuminations of Saxifraga burseriana whites. Karel was a keen photographer so I am posting his bright portrait of one saxatile species from Suova Gora in Northern Macedonia"



What very sad news - Karel Lang is a Saxifraga hero- We send condolences to his Family and Friends.
