We usually put a few Hepaticas on the Show Bench but they are coming much too fast this year. Here are 2 Hepatica japonicas no names because they were gifts from our friend Kimihiko.

First is a wonderful deep pinky mauve (doesn't show up very well in the sun (( shhhh. forget I mentioned that word it's the first time we have seen it for weeks)) with a silvery edge to the petals.

Second a wonderful double.
