Saxifrage Open Day 2009

Mark Griffiths:
I'll probably go..I live about 3-4 miles away. I have a few holes in my saxafrage trough I'd like to fill. I think some even got grazed off by snails/slugs.

I may remember the camera, they have covered tufa beds with the saxes in.

David Nicholson:
We are visiting Waterperry on Tuesday 24 March, we thought it would be less crowded than on the Open Day.

Mark Griffiths:
Will you be able to get in to see the Saxes? That area is out of bounds usually..

David Nicholson:
Mmmmmmmmm. We were last at Waterperry in July and covered the whole of the Garden including the Sax area although at that time of the year there wasn't a lot to see of the Saxes. I'd just assumed that we would be able to do the same again, perhaps I'd better give them a ring and ask? Thanks for letting me know.

Mark Griffiths:
maybe you can go in and it's simply not signposted..so let me know also please? I go other times of the year and there are other things in that area of interest.
