Just back from holiday in Greece staying in Sivota. From here we spent a few days in Zagoria close to the Vikos gorge. I would like to share a few pictures of this stunning landscape

The diversity of Greece never ceases to amaze me even after 25 years but the one thing that is consistant are its people, they are the friendliest and most welcoming nation, even now with the situation they are in and I cannot wait till I can return again.

I'll have a stab at the names, but I stand to be corrected. 
475/491 Anacamptis (orchis) morio greenwinged orchid
480 Orchis lactea Milky orchid
479 Orchis ustulata burnt tip
484 Ophrys helenae
483 Ophrys scolopax
p.s. I'm by nature a lumper so some of these might be debatable, especially the greenwinged and the ophrys, but at least I'll start the ball rolling

Glad you had a good time Pat, as you know I am certainly not an orchid expert but would guess a couple of alternative names ...470 Orchis purpurea, 480 Orchis tridentata.

Orchis purpurea entered my mind too, except there's no purple!  Can't see a 470?

Wouldn't wager too much on orchis purpurea, but would put house on burnt tip.  Look at my photos on Lincolnshire rarieties thred in Pleione and orchidaceae section of the forum.  Looks very similar to me and we don't have tridentata in Lincolnshire (or the U.K. for that matter).  Wish we did!

Thank you all for your replies, I had 50% correct but I am still using the Davies and Huxley book 1983. I was suprised to see both the orchids and the Ramonda in fower this late but the altitude which was around 1300mts would probally have a bearing on this.
