"Xeriscapic Plants of the Amazon Basin", isn't it?
Also..
"Tropical Plants of Antarctica" was another good title.

Mr Screwloose was a prolific author as I recall, although sometimes he used his real first name of Indigo, under the name I. M. Screwloose! ;)
