Wisley Log 04/2010- 19 February

Good stuff as usual Paul and a timely reminder for me to start re-potting my evergreen Lewisias, but I might leave it until the weather warms just a little bit. I like the look of your Saxifraga, a genus I would like to grow more of. At some point would you like to say more about how you look after your plants from flowering time onwards please.

Hi David,
Yes the saxifrages are just indispensable plants and provide so much colour. I will write more about them as you request in another log

Cheers

Lots of good information in the log as usual.

No mention of the tropical butterflies in the glasshouse.

I was planning a trip down to see them, but the website said the glasshouse was closed for a few days. Did the heating break down?
