Meconopsis prattii or racemosa?(photos)
« on: February 07, 2010, 07:13:50 AM »
 Hello
I post several pictures of small blue poppies. They had flowered in my garden.
They are perennial monocarpic and seeds are from seed exchange or wild collection.
It is very difficult for me to identify them. I think they may be  M.prattii or racemosa.
I have never succeeded to grown up true M.horridula until now.
 Does anybody help?

Lovely plants, Tetsuo, I don't know what they are but I did enjoy looking at them.
Especially #9, it is very beautiful. :)

Thank you Maggie and maggiepie.
I wrote a wrong statement. They are not perennial ,they are all monocarpic.

Thanks for kind reply , Ian.
Their seeds are from Seed Exchange and wild collection. So they may be mixed with some
species or hybridised.
I would like to continue to grow them and find some hints.
