Seed germination and seedlings
« on: April 06, 2007, 08:54:00 AM »
Seeds of Narcissus rupicola (received from Rafa in Spain) and Cyclamen coum (last year's AGS seed exchange) continue to germinate. Both species were sown at the beginning of February. Next week I'll post some pictures and information on seedlings of Salvia hydrangea, Trolius chinensis and several Peonies.

Rafa, I see that you like many of the items on Ratko's list that we like here, also.
You have a lot of good things germinating there, you will be pleased to see them begin to grow.

Hello,

Here two chaotic (as I' am) seedlings, first box with Narcissus confusus, Gladiolus illyricus, Romulea bulbocodium, and behind Iris xiphium, Ornithogalum pyrenaicum, Fritillaria lusitanica. Theses species were collected in the same places, so I put them in little comunities as they grow.

Do you sow the seeds mixed and then plant them as they are?
