Hans,

Given that the Scadoxus is a hybrid between two species, what is it likely to produce in the seedlings?  Have you grown seedlings on before to see the results?  Nice Nerine too.  Good clean white to it.

I also now realise that I never did complete the series for the flowering of the Scadoxus puniceus 'Magnificus'.  I'll dig up the pics and complete the series so people can see it develop and open.

Hans,

Can you spare a few my way as well, if you have enough, and Fermi doesn't mind forwarding a couple on?  ;D ;D  Particularly that second hybrid, such great colour and shape of flowers. 8)

Hi all ,

here is my new seed offer for 2010 :

I have still a lot of seeds from Scadoxus "Koenig Albert" - the most of the seeds have in meantime produced a root ( inside the fruit ) partly 15 - 20 mm long

Haemanthus albiflos ex Mgala river - the leaves have hairy margins : 5 seeds
Haemanthus albiflos very broad and short leaves : 4 seeds
Haemanthus albiflos normal form : 15 seeds
