Thomas,

Now that is a mouthful of a name.  Almost as good as my favourite Narcissus..... Narcissus romieuxii ssp albidus var zaianicus forma lutescens;)  I just love rattling that name off to people.  I'd grow the plant just for that name.  :o  So if successful with the seed of the Crocus I'll be able to rattle off Crocus vernus ssp huefellianus forma scepusiensis (which will also be rather cool!  ;D)
Cheers.

The correct botanical name (today!) should be:
Crocus vernus ssp heuffelianus forma scepusiensis.

Been on the alphabet soup Thomas? ;D

I should have mentioned, that this is just for the record  ;D
In my own garden they are also labelled as just Crocus scepusiensis!

Hi everyone,
I send the seeds quite long time ago. Some have already informed me, that they have received the seeds. I am now out of them. I just want to know if all of you, who requested for them, received letter from me?
Best regards,
Chris Ciesielski

Yes.  Arrived a couple of days ago when I was in Switzerland with Thomas Huber.  He is there for another week so will not reply yet if he has been sent a letter.  Thanks Krzysztof!

Hi everyone,
I only hope that all of you who requested for these seeds have got my letters. I hope to have more seeds of more species to share next time. And do not forget to propagate this species and share it further. :)
Best regards,

Hi Chris!

It's weeks ago since I received your seeds and I already sent you a message about their arrival.
But I think this is the right place to say many, many thanks for your very generous parcel.
I promise to give them all a good home in my garden!!!

Chris,

Just a quick update..... I checked this morning as to how the scepusiensis seed was going..... under the gravel covering there are radicals emerging from every seed I could see in the little section I uncovered.  Yeah!!!!!  Thank you SO much. 8)
Cheers.
