Probably not easy!

This is an allium (I think) though the scent is faint but rather pleasant. It is about 10" tall. Any ideas? JohnnyD

I think I see hairs - so it might be subhirsutum. If there are no hairs, I would opt for neapolitanum.

Looks at least very close to triphyllum Chameleon which is in flower here at the moment.
