I Have been to Wyoming 3 times on NARGS trips. A wonderful place, when you know where to go, but with an area larger than the UK, much of it open sparse prairie, and a population ~600,000 you definitely need someone to guide you. I stayed in the north 2 times and was taken to 2 particular sites both times, but the season difference meant quite different plants were at their best each time.
