Campanula ident please
« on: June 21, 2021, 04:44:33 PM »
We have a number of tall Campanulas (c.a. 3-4 feet) mostly white or blue, but this is the only one of this colour.
Can anyone put a name to it please?

Hi Johnny, this looks like C. alliariifolia. But this is always white so far as I know - never seen a pink / blue colour like yours.

That's lovely, both tall and floriferous! Wonder if it might be a hybrid with C. alliariifolia? C. alliariifolia x punctata, perhaps? (C. 'Sarastro' is supposedly C. trachelium x punctata.)
