Probleme with image uploading

Can someone point me out , what to do to incorporate an image for an question here ?
I did it in the past but forgot it how to do  ???
Once I know how to do my ID question will follow.

Immediately below the text box where you type your reply is a clickable option: "Attachments and other options".  I think you just overlooked it.  It is pretty self-explanatory, and since you have done it before, I don't think there will be any problems.

But post again if there is!
