narcissus identification wanted
« on: May 08, 2008, 04:36:15 PM »

After the mixing all of my bulbs last year, I planted 6 which looked as if they were the same Narsissus and this is the result.
Could anyone confirm  that they are (or not) N. henriquesii.
The  flower is 3cm across and the corona 1cm.
The height is approx. 30cm.
Many thanks,
David

Looks like a pretty close thing to N. henriquesii to me, David.  You should be able to find quite a few pix on the BulbLog for comparison  http://www.srgc.org.uk/bulblog/bulblog.html

Ooh, er.... no......I've just had a better look at your jonquil... it has a very neat little flattish trumpet... not henriquesii, then..... erm??????
