Mystery shrub
« on: August 15, 2019, 04:30:32 PM »
Had this for years - from the Smethys I think - but have never really established an identity.
Flowers consistently on a shrub no more than 15cm high and 30cm across. Gently self sows around.
Help!

Funny plant in our old garden. It produced berries and died. The berries produced seeds which self sowed in a different part of the rock garden where ti grew, flowered and died and repeated the process over 25 years of moving up and down the rock garden. Strangest of all, no matter what I did I could not get the seeds to germinate in a pot. Sadly we could not bring it with us.
