Two sets of superb holiday photos by the Livermores and McCaugheys - the latter  won  what must have been a difficult class to judge.

What a super  weekend!  I was  SO PLEASED to be  able to attend  again!  This  photo is  from  Colin Crosbie (formerly  Curator at  Wisley, now  back in  Scotland)and  shows the Mrs  Crosbie, President of the Alpine Garden Society Christopher Bailes, Kevin Hughes from Cally Gardens and Peter Korn enjoying themselves at the first night of the Scottish Rock Garden Club discussion weekend -the  back of the  head  belongs  to young  Alex S. I think!

Many thanks to ALL involved in making this such a fantastic weekend. It was hard to leave this morning with the early sun on the golden birches and the mist in the valley.

I will now address the Haggis (that hotel manager is wasted - he should be on the stage).

Grantown is a great location for these weekends - beautiful surrounds, activities for everyone and fantastic hospitality. Lovely photo, Anne. Glad you could come along and thanks for a super talk!
