My first Sternbergia of the season, Sternbergia sicula at around the same time as per previous years.

some more Sternbergias

Sternbergia lutea - originally a collection from Spain (where the species isn't native)
and Sternbergia close to greuteriana which obviously attracted hoverflies a lot
