The corridor the show is held in is only a part of the Welch winter garden which has  one of the best displays of indoor plants in the country. Beside the glasshouses open to the public there are others which  bring on plants for  future display - some shown  with   centre manager Alan.

Back inside the function area - some people even  get married here - was used for the presentation. Aberdeen group convenor Mike Hopkins  thanked all involved with the show and presented  trophies.  Angie received a large glass bowl  for eating most cakes. Then it was time to remove the plants  leaving the corridor looking empty  which will be changed by now as the Duthie  park gardeners  will have refilled it with their summer display plants

Thanks to everyone especially the exhibitors . We wouldn't have the show without you. It was a miserable day outside but seeing everyone and the cakes brightened up the day.
Thanks Stan for sharing the show with everyone. You come to these  shows with your plants and then you find the time to post the pictures, so much hard work . I know everyone appreciates your efforts but thanks from me.
Hope everyone got home safe with their plants and I hopefully you will look after these beautiful plants for next years show .
Thanks again.
