Here are a lot of Galanthophiles and so I would like to start a little quizz for snowdrops :

Who knows what is the common name in Greek for snowdrop ?

but as that has already been taken

how about 'church flower'?  Or 'Snow piercer'?

Snow piercer is it in France and Italy ( Perce Neige + Bucaneve )
the greek people plant it not on churches and graveyards ....
