"Why are rare plants rare?" - Talk at Kew 29th September 2014

Tim Pankhurst,  Plantlife Conservation Manager, East of England (www.Plantlife.org.uk ) gives a talk on 'Why are rare plants rare?' at Kew : the talk is at Kew's Jodrell Lecture Theatre on 29 September at 6pm. Entry is £2. It's recommended you arrive by 5.45 pm.

Thanks for posting that Maggi - it could be a good excuse to visit Kew after the exertions of the Rainham Show on Saturday, and it would be lovely to see how the rock garden is progressing. I'll see if I can persuade Gillian that we need a day off!
