Title: Summer storing of temperate bulbs?

I had to harvest the bulbs of Narcissus pseudonarcissus ssp. pseud., Ornithogalum umbellatum, and Scilla non-scripta as they were not good growing presumably due to frost damage in their pots last winter. What would be the right conditions to store them in summer before planting in autumn?
