Title: CARYOPHYLLACEAE? BRASSICACEAE? I'm stumped.
Post by: t5247rb on August 29, 2021, 05:08:50 PM
This flower was found in the French Jura on June 24. I can't tell if it's in the carnation family or mustard family or something else.  I don't think it's campion.

Any guesses?

Erinus alpinus  in the family Plantaginaceae. One of my favourites!

I don't think I ever would have got that one.  I just discovered that Digitalis is now classified as PLANTAGINACEAE.

Again, thanks so much!
