Title: Narcissus August 2021

Not quite the same and quite a wide corona at 5cm across,

Only saw once in the wild a double form, very rare.

The tendency for doubling is obviously built in because look what I found in one of the N. bulbocodium hybrids!

I received 2 bulbs and it seems that they are two different clones, one taller than the other but otherwise very similar,

Post by: fermi de Sousa on August 27, 2021, 01:56:59 AM: We were given a huge number of unlabelled narcissus bulbs at the end of summer. A lot were tazettas and I think this is Narcissus 'Polly's Pearl' 8-WW.
The cups open a light lemon and fade to white,

It has quite a distinctive scalloped cup which could be worth propagating,
