Does anyone recognize this plant which is well established in a chunk of tufa?

Looks like a Kabschia Saxifraga to me.

I thought at first it looked more like a saxifrage - but the flowers have only four petals - Draba globosa? :-\

When I asked Peter Cunnington to id a Drab one time he told me that the only way to be sure was to see it in flower, see its seed pods and dig it up to examine the roots. Not helpful I know, but it does show the difficulty.
