Title: Alpes de Haute Provence and Prealps
Post by: Yann on May 23, 2021, 10:47:55 PM
Less than 2h driving from the Saint-Tropez coast, the Haut Var is a region not often visited by tourists nor botanists.
Located between Verdon and Prealps, it's a remote zone with few villages. It's said less than 10% of the moutains have been explored for flora and fauna inventory. Access to those moutains are often by forest paths or narrow roads.

Unspoiled region means a lot of plants, some very rares.

"En voiture Simone"!
