In the light of the present corona virus pandemic the SRGC Stirling Show at Dunblane (previously planned for 21st March) has been cancelled.
If you know of anyone who was intending to go to the show, please let them know of this change of plans.

I'm posting some photos of plants that would probably have been on the benches on Saturday here as they all refer to the Stirling/Dunblane event. It's a bit of an experiment and it throws up some practical problems not there when the plant is on a bench in front of you such as contrast in the photos - pale colours over expose in group classes-, labels not legible or even visible However as we are not judging or awarding prizes no need to worry too much.

That is brilliant Stan thanks for sharing your plants here lets hope others will follow your example and do the same.

Terrific effort, Stan and proof if any were needed of what the shows miss when you cannot attend!
I've edited your posts to fit the images beside the class descriptions to make viewing simpler ;)

Thanks Maggi -that is a great help. Realistically some of those pots would never have made it to a real show bench but I found it a useful exercise which I intend to repeat for all the other spring shows.

Many thanks, Stan ... it also goes to show that you are slightly further on with flowering than I am here in Lancashire. Lovely pictures to brighten my recovery to full health.
