Lucky enough to have two species of cyrtanthus flowering. C. Flavus (yellow) and the unspellable C. brachyscyphus (Orange).

Hi Paul,

I was recently given 2 seedlings of Cyrtanthus montanus. The bulbs are about 1.5 inches thick through the widest point. Do you have any notion of how close that is to flowering size?

MarcR - they are fully mature! Should flower late summer

I only have Cyrtanthus parviflorus which sends up nearly the whole year its firework rockets.
Seeds readily in all other pots if I want it and flowers under nearly all conditions.

Do you know if parviflora is the same as Cyrtanthus brachyscyphus?
