What do you look for when buying plants from a nursery?

As part of a Masters by research project, I would like to better understand what people look for when buying a plant. I would be grateful if you could take a couple of minutes (people that have responded so far have taken 2 mins) to respond to this simple survey the answers from which will inform a future, wider, survey?
