I am very happy with the latest update on the Czech Conference, especially the prospective visit to the alpine show. I also want a couple of days at least in Prague to hear, if possible, the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. Disks and DVDs are fine but the real thing is a chance not to be missed. I hope they will be in or near Prague at that time, and playing.

All those plants I won't be able to buy. :'( But perhaps I can get something for someone else. :D

I have been contacted by  some members who wish to attend the conference and who would like to find others to share a room with, to save costs.
Also I have at least one person who has arranged a room share for the conference part, but who needs a room share for the garden tour section.

If you are happy to share with someone for the whole event  or for either  parts, please contact me at info@srgc.org.uk and I will put you in touch with potential sharers!
Thank you!

There is the thread where Maggi has posted the various ongoing announcements about the Czech Conference but we can't post a reply there. I'm sure there was a thread where we could reply. Why it is important (to me) at the moment because having sent off a registration through the Conference website, I urgently need to print the pages with payment and accommodation information. I daren't risk a wrong account number and in any case would prefer to take the page as printed into my bank rather than perhaps have them tell me (as they did last time I went to pay for Czech seeds) that no such numbers existed or that they couldn't access them. If I can take the info straight from the Conference site, it will be safer I think.

BUT - I can't see anywhere on the Conference website, where I can click "Print." Jiri, or someone, can you help me with this please.

Hi Lesley,
Not sure about the printing question..... we haven't heard from Jiri about a query we hd lately so perhaps he's away.

I'll put a link to this thread in the notice thread to help directions!

Lesley, just try the print-function of your webbrowser...normally you'll be able to print the page you're on from there!

In Internet Explorer, open "http://czrgs.cz/conference-payment.html", right click anywhere on the page with your mouse, and that'll open a menu in which you can choose print
In Firefox, open "http://czrgs.cz/conference-payment.html", open the firefox menu (top left side), chose print

Hello!
A new forum member here, signing in to say that I just registered for the Czech conference.  I saw some photos from my friend Marianne of the earlier conference and I am quite excited about attending.

Kind regards, Lisa.

Hi Lisa,
Great to have you join us. I'll look forward to meeting you in Tábor.

Tough decision for North Americans to take, I know, when there is a NARGS Study weekend at the same time, but the Czech occasion is a more rare event.
I think we will all  have a great time!
