Dactylorhiza page added to my web site

I've just uploaded a Dactylorhiza page to my web site. As usual if you see spelling mistakes let me know. Only a few have a name added when the cursor is placed over the image. The rest I have a clue what they are.

Each set of images is the same plant except for one line with three different ones.

All are mine except - line 5, Eskimo Nell smiling nicely  , and line 13

I'm not linking the images to their main pages until later.

Mark,

Stupid is a bit harsh.  If missing remembering a line is stupidity then I would HATE to guess what class I'd end up in.  How many levels are there above stupid then?    I'd be at least 10 levels I think, and likely climbing higher every day.

Some beautiful pictures in there.  I don't think I realised there were purple leaf forms of Dacts, and the variegateds.    And I love the leaf spotting, which as you've shown are sometimes the case of more spots than not.  Fantastic, and not like I've seen before.  TSo many wonderful colours to the flowers, and those pics of the mass plantings are so beautiful.  No names appear for me when I hover my mouse, but I don't know whether names are supposed to be there or not.  I wish all those you picture were available over here.  Would be lovely!!

Paul only a few are named varieties

3rd line - elata x majalis
5th line - Eskimo Nell
7th and 8th line - Cruickshanks dark leaf form
9th line - Alex Duguid
11th line - first photo a seedling in my garden, variegated plant I found
12th line - a stunning plant seen in Cumbria
13th line - Harold Esselmont

Next year I'll collect seeds from all these plants. One day I hope to find something amazing in the garden.

Mark, another stunning page of images from your updated website.  Lovely Dactylorhiza in every way, colour, leaf, root, singles, en masse, the whole thing is a real feast for the eyes - thanks so much

Well at this stage I only have 2 fuchsii and an elata, so they're all amazing to me!!    If all your seed has shed this year then you should have lots of new seedlings coming up to increase your chances of amazing-ness in the seedlings.

Really nice and choice Dactyloriza Mark, especially that pure white one.

There are some nice white forms of D fuchsii that i saw in a wild meadow in the UK supposingly rare or is it?. I know some are in cultivation and are named. Theres one here in Tasmania by the name of "'rachel" are you familiar with that one?
