Thank you very much, Rudi

Hi Rudi,
I used to grow S. saxorum and the leaves in your picture look correct. I don't know about the other one, sorry!

Ahh, Carolyn, nice to hear, the half way ... ,-)

Check out the Gesneriad Reference Web, Randolph. The photograph of Streptocarpella looks like yours. Good site for photographs and information on all Gesneriads.

Check out the Gesneriad Reference Web...
Roma,
thanks a lot, I did. There I found the name of the Str. saxorum, with the problematic name "compact". Problematic for that, because my plant (left picture) seems the same, but not compact. For that, it should be Str. saxorum "not compact/normal" too.
Another point: The Str. caulescens on "your" page carries other leaves and smaller flowers, but the pictures by wikimedia (Ibaraki Botanical Garden) are definitely my plant ... so have to decide: Gesneriad Reference or wikimedia/bot. garden wrong.
I am not able to do. Are you able, please, do ... !
Greeting, Rudi
