Today two varieties of March mug, Josefs-Glocherl, Osterbecherchen, Osterglocke, (Leucojum vernum L.) has a natural distribution in Central Europe. There are usually only one or more rarely two flowers per inflorescence: With three varieties:
Leucojum vernum var. carpathicum Sims
Leucojum vernum var. vagneri Stapf
Leucojum vernum L. var. vernum
According to my research, they differ in the tip color of the petals. One variety has yellow tips and the other has green tips.
According to my research, Leucojum vernum L. var. vernum has green tips
