unknown autum crocus
« on: October 11, 2022, 03:02:57 PM »
Hello, can someone tell me what kind of crocus this could be?
Was probably present with C. ligustcus and now flowers at the same time as it.
I looked at different autumn crocuses and i think salzmannii come close :-(

Please help
thanks
Bernd

The riddle has been solved. It is probably the commercial form of C. ligusticus infected
with a virus. This was confirmed to me by several competent sources :-(
I will destroy the plant with a heavy heart.

greetings
Bernd
