well there was a jar of pickled onions next to the jar of gherkins, maybe people got confused by the white and green and thought they were snowdrops  ::)

According to the internet it actually sounds a bit nicer than I expected:

Quote
Looking for a healthy snack? Upgrade from your usual pickle-in-a-pouch and try this single low-acid unfermented pickle in it's very own can! You will not experience the sour after-taste most other pickles may give you. This pickle tastes so good all by itself, you will eat it as a snack without anything to go with it!

I will have to stop carrying around my 'usual pickle in a pouch'!   ;D

Slightly put of by the German underneath the words 'Get One!' on the can that my mind keeps translating as

1 gross snack!   ::)
