You´re really lucky to grow such a nice clump of Galanthus peshmenii in the garden, Rudi! In my garden, they probably succumbed to the lack of drainage. The hybrids G. elwesii x peshmenii, on the left, seem happier, as G. reginae-olgae, on the right, proved to be.

The autumn ones are such a delight. Unfortunately the slugs are still active here and seem almost as fond of snowdrops as I am. I've decided to try and make life more difficult for them and have moved some of my newer autumn ones (hopefully) out of reach...

If anyone is free on Saturday morning, they are having a snowdrop special at Blacksmiths in Norfolk (IP21 4QA) with Joe Sharman talking about Snowdrops of the Peloponnese at 10.30.
